The course objectives were to introduce Professional M&E Consulting Engineering Services to new M&E engineers, provide a brief overview of M&E design engineering practices, and prepare participants for further training in specific M&E engineering disciplines. The Induction Course comprised eight modules and was delivered by four experienced speakers in their respective fields. The modules covered Professional Practice; Lifts and Escalators; Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Systems; Cold Water Plumbing Systems; Sanitary Water Plumbing Systems; Fire Safety Systems; Electrical High Voltage Installations; and Extra Low Voltage Systems.
The programme commenced on 15 January 2026 with the Professional Practice and Electrical High Voltage Installation modules, delivered by Ir. Wong Keng Chew. This was followed by the Lifts and Escalators as well as the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System modules conducted on 15 and 16 January 2026 by Ir. Tan Yoke Lee.
Subsequently, the Cold Water Plumbing System, Sanitary Water Plumbing System and Fire Safety System modules were held on 22 and 23 January 2026, presented by Ir. Chia Khuin Fung. The course concluded on 23 January 2026 with the Extra Low Voltage System module, delivered by Ir. Peter Wong Neng Kwong.
