A courtesy call was made to the Deputy Chief Minister cum Sabah Minister of Works, Datuk Ir. Shahelmey bin Yahya on 2 October 2023. Along with other committee members, the visit was led by the ACEM Sabah Branch Chairman, Datuk Ir. Chin Shu Ying. The main agenda for the courtesy call was to invite the Minister as the Guest of Honour to the ACEM Sabah 30th Anniversary dinner, which will be held on 19 November 2023, at Port View Palace Hall, Dewan Hakka, Tanjung Lipat, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Other agendas highlighted in the visit were the introduction to the new lineup of ACEM Sabah for session 2023/2024, supervision work, and other related matters.
