The ACEM (Sarawak Branch) organized a one-day seminar on “The Arts & Science of ACMV in the Tropics” on 20th February 2025 at Fifty Six Hotel, Kuching. The seminar featured Ir. Chen Thiam Leong from ACEM.
Ir. Chen Thiam Leong is a member of ACEM, IFEM, and MASHRAE. He is also an Advisor to BASAM and the Honorary Life Advisor of MACRA. With over 40 years of experience in the Building Services Industry, his innovative designs have won the ASEAN Energy Awards, the Emerson Cup, and the ASHRAE Technology Award.
The seminar attracted approximately sixteen (16) participants from consulting engineering firms. The purpose of the seminar was to educate participants on designing ACMV systems and enhancing their efficiency on a global scale.
