A technical visit to Merdeka 118 Tower, known as a pinnacle of engineering excellence, was held on Thursday, 3 July 2025, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon. The visit featured an exclusive technical tour of Merdeka 118, the second tallest building in the world, standing at 679 meters near Stadium Merdeka. This skyscraper represented Malaysia’s engineering excellence and architectural innovation, symbolizing the nation’s progress and aspirations. Participants had a unique chance to explore the innovative engineering achievements and sustainable features of Merdeka 118 and to observe firsthand the cutting-edge technologies and design principles that made it a global architectural landmark. The day began at 9.30 a.m. with arrival and registration at the South Lobby of Minangkabau Merdeka 118 Tower. At 10.00 a.m., the group proceeded to the Level 92 Meeting Room. A presentation was given at 10.15 a.m. by Y.M. Tengku Dato’ Ab. Aziz Tengku Mahmud, CEO of PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn. Berhad, focusing on the Merdeka 118 precinct. Following the presentation, attendees moved to Level 118 at 11.15 a.m. The visit adjourned at 12.00 noon
