The ACEM (Sarawak Branch) was invited by the Ministry of Public Health, Housing and Local Government Sarawak to attend the meeting that chaired by YB Datuk Amar Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Deputy Premier of Sarawak and Minister for Public Health, Housing and Local Government Sarawak. Attendees included representatives from DID Sarawak, BOMBA, L&S Sarawak, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara, Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan, Padawan Municipal Council, Kota Samarahan Municipal Council, Miri City Council, Sibu Municipal Council, Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia Sarawak (PAMSC), ACEM and Sarawak Information System Sdn Bhd (SAINS) Ir. Hii Tiong Koon and Ir. Ong Chet Yun represented ACEM Sarawak at the the meeting. The JTCC Meeting covered various topics, including proposed amendments to the Sarawak Building Ordinance (1994), Building Plan e-Submission, and SUStoM submission, among others.
