On 28 September 2026, ACEM Sabah, led by the Branch Chairman, Ir. Benny Song, paid a courtesy call on Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan Sabah (JPPS) following the appointment of its new Director, Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Nadzree bin Imran.

The meeting provided an opportunity for ACEM Sabah to introduce the committee members for the 2025–2026 Session and to establish communication with the new leadership of JPPS. Discussions focused on an invitation for JPPS to participate as a speaker in the forthcoming ACEM-Government Agency Technical Sharing Session, as well as potential areas for technical collaboration and support.

The meeting also enabled both parties to exchange views on matters of mutual interest and explore continued professional cooperation, particularly in technical knowledge-sharing and the development of sewerage services and related infrastructure in Sabah.
