On 4 December 2026, a Webinar on the Setiawangsa–Pantai Expressway (DUKE 3) Section 1 – Kerinchi to Salak was held via Zoom. The 2-hour webinar took place from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and was attended by around 57 participants.

The webinar was presented by Ir. Sin Wai Ho, an experienced professional engineer involved in major highway infrastructure projects. He shared an overview of the Setiawangsa–Pantai Expressway (SPE) and explained its role in forming a new high-capacity ring road within Kuala Lumpur to improve urban connectivity and traffic flow.

The session also highlighted the key engineering and design solutions adopted for the project, the challenges of construction in a dense urban environment, and how these innovations contributed to the project’s achievement of Gold Award recognition. The technical walkthrough was well received, and the webinar concluded successfully without any hiccups.
