A webinar titled “Passing PAE” (BEM Outcome-Based Professional Assessment Examination) was held on 1 July 2025, from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM. The event took place through a virtual meet. A total of 81 participants attended the webinar. The session was designed for Graduate Engineers who wanted to apply for the BEM Outcome-Based Professional Assessment Examination (PAE). The content of the webinar was based on the presenter’s experience interviewing PAE candidates over the past two years for ACEM and IEM.
During the webinar, participants received an introduction and overview of the BEM Outcome-Based PAE. The speaker provided valuable information and guidance on how to prepare PAE interview documents and explained the interview process. There was also a discussion on important keywords for the Code of Conduct Essay. The speaker for the session was Ir. K. Sundraraj, who is a past president of ACEM and a BEM certified PAE interviewer. Participants found the session informative and helpful for their upcoming PAE assessments.
