Bentley Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., in collaboration with ACEM Sarawak, organised a four-part Bentley Systems Hands-on Workshop series on 2 July, 7 July, 4 August and 18 August 2026.
The second workshop, titled “Civil: Integrated Civil Design for Roads and Bridges,” was held on 7 July 2026 at the ACEM Sarawak Seminar Room, Kuching. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Swarup Mondal and Ms. Shivani Mankar from Bentley Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Five engineers attended the workshop. The session provided participants with comprehensive guidance on an integrated civil design workflow, covering the transformation of initial survey data into intelligent 3D models, followed by design, analysis, and the automated production of construction documentation. Participants also gained practical hands-on experience using OpenRoads Designer and OpenBridge Modeler, Bentley’s software solutions for road and bridge design.



The third workshop, titled “Structural: Integrated Structural Analysis and Design Workflow for Building and Industrial Projects,” was held on 4 August 2026 at the ACEM Sarawak Seminar Room, Kuching. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Swarup Mondal and Mr. Regal Mohanty from Bentley Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Mr. Darius Ambat Opilas, Regional Sales Manager – Southeast Asia, Bentley Systems, also joined the workshop.
Approximately 15 participants attended the workshop. The session provided participants with comprehensive guidance on an integrated workflow for structural analysis and design, covering both building and industrial projects. Participants also gained practical hands-on experience using STAAD.Pro Advanced, STAAD Advanced Concrete Design (formerly RCDC), and RAM Connection, Bentley’s software solutions for building and industrial projects.

The fourth workshop, titled “Hydraulics and Hydrology: Hands-on Water Distribution System Modelling, Design and Analysis,” was held on 18 August 2026 at the ACEM Sarawak Seminar Room, Kuching. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Deepiyoti Chakraborty and Ms. How Ja Mie from Bentley Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Approximately 20 participants attended the workshop. The session provided participants with comprehensive guidance on end-to-end water distribution modelling, including system setup, design, analysis, and the preparation of deliverables. Participants also gained practical hands-on experience using OpenFlows WaterGEMS, Bentley’s software solution for water distribution modelling.
