The ACEM webinar on “Assessment and Design of Post-installed Fastenings to MS EN 1992-4” was held on 26 May 2026 via Zoom with the participation of 42 attendees.

The session covered the essentials of post-installed fastening design to Malaysian Standards MS EN 1992-4, including regulatory frameworks, qualifications, design considerations, installation requirements, and real-world applications. Participants were also introduced to key design factors and specification requirements in post-installed fastening systems.

The webinar was presented by Ir. Mun Yew Fai, Codes and Approval Manager at Hilti Malaysia. The session included a quick walkthrough of design cases using web-based tools to help participants understand the topic and its practical application in the construction industry.
