ACEM Sarawak organised a one-day seminar on “Certificate of Completion and Compliance and Letter of Release” on 10 July 2026 at the DCCI Seminar Room, Kuching.

The seminar was conducted by Ir. Chen Thiam Leong. Approximately 20 participants attended the seminar.

The seminar aimed to enhance engineers’ understanding of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and Letter of Release (LOR), with particular emphasis on their importance, requirements, and relevance to engineering practice. The programme provided participants with valuable knowledge and guidance on these important aspects of the construction and regulatory process.
